Children retreat

Lama Tsultrim Gyamtso will give meditation instructions to children during a retreat especially for them.

Lama will give outdoor teachings, adapted to the children who are there.

Parents will be able to supervise the children and practice in the temple or in nature, while leaving some distance with their children during the teachings to allow them to freely interact with Lama.
